Most apparel and book orders ship in 2-3 business days with standard ground shipping unless otherwise labeled as a pre-ordered or back-ordered item.

Sometimes. Because books and merchandise may come from different fulfillment partners, your order may arrive in multiple shipments.

For merch - Most Ink & Lore merchandise is made just for you when you place your order. Because our apparel and accessories are made to order, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing, change of mind, or buyer’s remorse.

But if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ve got you. 🖤 Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue, and we’ll work with you to make it right.

For books - We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Books must be brand new without damage. Buyer pays shipping cost - please reach out to us to receive return address.
